License: We have our Local Conditional License approved by Henderson City Council. We will have the final one and the State License after the Health and Fire Department inspection. We completed the Federal License package.

Laws: We started to prepare our proposal for the Distillery License and Artisan Distillery License Categories (Nevada Legislature 2011 Session)

Distillery: We signed the lease. At this moment the contractors are bidding for the project.

Equipment: Pot stills are under manufacturing in Germany, we ordered the fermenter tanks and many other smaller things.

Products: We started to finalize our spirits, bottles and labels.

Website: We started to test the new website.
