Thank you for checking in with us.  As we rebuild the Las Vegas Distillery, we want to keep you informed and in the loop.

Today we have some exciting news to share. We are pleased to announce that we recently completed our first batch of ultra-premium spirits which is the first in our rum collection. Our master distiller, Jonny VerPlanck, really hit this one out of the park. Having won numerous international awards, he’s well known for his unique styles of rum. This batch, which was a combination of the finest Louisiana cane expertly distilled in pot stills with side columns, is no exception. We tasted it and it’s really spectacular. It is exceptional in your favorite rum cocktail, whether it’s a Mojito, Daiquiri or Mai Tai. We made the decision not to immediately bottle it, but rather, on February 2nd we started filling former whiskey and bourbon barrels to lay down for proper aging. We will bottle it when it’s ready.

Being in the desert provides unique challenges in making spirits. However, in the hands of a master like Jonny, these challenges can result in producing products that have their own unique flavors, character and body.
