UPDATE - January 23, 2024
Thank you for sticking it out with us while we’ve been busy finishing our complete renovation of the distillery and tasting room. If you’ve ever been engaged in construction, then you know everything will take longer than expected and cost more than budgeted; that certainly applies here. However, we think you’ll agree that the wait and added costs were worth it.
Our contractor is telling us he’ll be completed by the end of February; fingers crossed no more bumps in the road! Once turned over to us, we’ll decorate, stock our retail space, refine our systems, hire, and train additional team members. Although we’re unable to give you an exact date, we’re hopeful to welcome you in late March - early April. We’ll be sure to keep you posted as things progress.
Meet The Team!
Responsible for much of the magic in the tasting room is Cody Fredrickson, our Chief Mixologist and Tasting Room Manager. Cody has been directly responsible for coordinating some of the best food and beverage establishments on the Las Vegas Strip. We’re excited he chose to join us in creating the finest spirits tasting adventure possible. Since joining us in October of 2022 Cody has been engaged in all aspects of creating our fabulous guest experience, including food menu selections, our cocktail program, bar design, the tour experience, and training and service standards.
When we’re finally able to welcome you in, we trust you will experience and appreciate the difference that hand-crafted spirits combined with the freshest all-natural ingredients make in creating perfectly balanced and lush cocktails. Although we’re located in an industrial park popularly labeled the Booze District, we’re not afraid to have you compare our products with the very best anywhere. Once you’ve had a taste, we believe you’ll recognize the amount of meticulous and dedicated thought and care we put into every cocktail, plate, experience, and bottle.
