As the saying goes, “Good things come to those who wait,” and our team at the Las Vegas Distillery has been counting the days until we’re able to welcome you into our brand-new tasting room.  Our timeline has stretched beyond initial expectations due to dedicating meticulous attention to every detail; our goal is to give you an experience you’ve never seen before.  For those of you who have visited previously, one of the major differences you’ll discover, besides the enveloping new atmosphere, is our menu of delectable food selections and uncompromising unique cocktails. In addition, we’ll have an interactive tour on the production side combined with an opportunity to taste our spirits back in our lounge.  After finalizing our vision, the next task was to negotiate with city officials to allow our facility’s unique features. Today, we are pleased to announce the building permits have been obtained and renovation is in full force!

Even though we are not yet open to the public, our world-class distiller and his team have been busy hand-crafting our small-batch spirits.  For nearly a year now, we have been producing premium spirits including Cane & Grain Vodka, Rums, Bourbons, and our American Single Malt whiskey. Supply chain challenges prevent us from accurately predicting our opening, but as our renovation progresses, we’ll keep you posted on our journey and when we can finally welcome you in.
