Current Opportunities:

Director of Marketing

Help build the next great Las Vegas spirits brand.

Las Vegas Distillery is a fast-growing craft spirits company with a fiercely loyal local following and ambitions to expand regionally and nationally. We're looking for a hands-on Director of Marketing to lead our brand, our content, our customer experience, and our event program — and to help turn first-time guests into lifelong fans.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the President, the Director of Marketing owns the company's branding, content, social media, and on-site guest experience — including tours, tastings, food and beverage sales, merchandise, signature events, and our VIP Club. You'll lead a small, high-output team (Creative & Brand Development, Event Coordinator, Tours & Tastings Manager) and partner closely with our distribution team and external PR firm.

What You'll Drive:
-
Develop and execute the marketing strategy across digital, social, email, print, and in-market channels.
-
Build a consistent, premium brand presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Yelp, Google Business, and TripAdvisor.
-
Create signature on-site programming — Bloody Mary contests, Bourbon Week, holiday events — that drives repeat visitation.
-
Grow distillery tours, tastings, and the VIP Club Membership program.
-
Build a pipeline of off-site activations: farmer's markets, festivals, tastings, on/off-premise events, and trade shows.
-
Forge partnerships with local bars, restaurants, hotels, tourism groups, destination management companies, and aligned local brands.
-
Capture photo and video from the distillery floor, events, and day-to-day operations to fuel campaigns.
-
Support the distribution team to drive on- and off-premise placements and grow DTC sales.
-
Track engagement, reach, conversion, and ROI — and refine the program based on data.

Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate has one or both of the following:
-
A track record in the alcoholic spirits industry (distillery, brewery, winery, or major spirits brand)
OR
-
A track record marketing to Las Vegas-bound visitors (hospitality, tourism, casino F&B, entertainment, or destination marketing).
-

In addition, every serious candidate must demonstrate:
-
Proven, measurable social media results — be ready to share specific accounts you ran, the metrics that grew, and the campaigns behind them.
-
Strong content sense — you know what stops the scroll and you can create or direct content that does.
-
Hands-on leadership of a small team, with the negotiating chops to book talent, vendors, and partners.
-
Comfort working on-site in Las Vegas, including the occasional event night or weekend.
Why This Role:
-
Direct line to the President — your work moves the business, not a slide deck.
-
Real authority over marketing and event budgets, hiring within your team, and day-to-day priorities.
-
A genuine opportunity to take a respected local brand to the regional and national stage.
-
Competitive salary plus performance bonus.

How to Apply:
Send your resume and a short note — three to five sentences — telling us about one campaign you ran, the result it produced, and the metric that proves it. Include links to social accounts or work samples.
