Crafted from unrefined sugar and blackstrap molasses sourced from a single sugar mill in Louisiana, our rum is a testament to exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Double distilled in copper pot stills and a copper pot with a 4-plate column, this rum is meticulously married together to achieve a smooth, light-bodied yet flavorful profile. Perfectly balanced, it shines in a classic daiquiri & complements any cocktail you can imagine. It got platinum at the LV Global Spirit Awards, tying for best in show White Rum and 3rd out of all Platinum tier spirits.
SPICED RUM

Carefully crafted using our white rum base, and blended with Blood Orange, Canela, Vanilla, Allspice, Nutmeg, Peppercorn, Clove, and lightly sweetened with Agave Syrup. It adds incredible complex flavor to all your favorite fall and holiday cocktails. It makes for a perfect base for a Cable Car, with it's rich spices and smooth light sweetness being perfectly balanced with the citrus and cinnamon.

COFFEE LIQUEUR

Expertly crafted from our white rum base, our Coffee Liqueur is an exquisite blend featuring anaerobic processed Colombian coffee beans, expertly roasted and cold brewed by Dark Moon Coffee Roasters in Henderson. Enhanced with Belizean cacao, Mexican vanilla, and Unrefined Louisiana cane sugar, this liqueur stands out with its elevated proof of 54.2 and significantly reduced sugar content compared to most offerings on the market. The result is a rich, sophisticated flavor profile that delights the senses and elevates any cocktail experience.
DARK RUM

Our dark rum begins with our white rum, aged for a minimum of two years in used 53-gallon barrels. It's then blended with 20% unaged pot still rum made from 100% Louisiana blackstrap molasses and finished in stainless steel barrels fitted with American oak staves at two distinct toast levels.​ The result is a dry, complex dark rum with no added sugar or flavoring.

Our Overproof Rum is crafted from 100% molasses fermentation and double distilled in copper pot stills, resulting in an exceptionally full-flavored spirit at a robust 126 proof. This rum is designed to add a powerful kick to any cocktail, delivering a rich, intense flavor profile that stands out in every sip. Only 300 bottled.

Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Our first Straight Bourbon Whiskey has been aged at least 2 years, from a single barrel with only around 230 bottles available. The very dry heat of the Las Vegas environment encourages active barrel interaction with the spirit concentrating aroma and flavor in a unique way that very few Whiskey distilleries can take advantage of. On the nose it shows warm caramel, toasted oak, vanilla and a hint of orange peel. On the palate round with honeyed corn, baking spice and cocoa. Its finish lingers with pronounced oak and a touch of toffee.

This single barrel release was made from a special mashbill of 75% blue corn, 15% rye, and 10% malted barley, which makes for a complex and inviting aroma of baking spices, praline, and a punch of cinnamon. The unique flavor of blue corn adds a rich, velvety depth and this creates an earthy complexity not found in yellow corn, setting the stage for a unique Bourbon experience.
