crafted from 75% corn, 15% rye and 10% malted barley. Rye brings a drier, spicier edge, balancing the corn’s natural sweetness and standing up beautifully to the intensity of high desert aging.

On the nose you get rich caramel, toasted sugar and soft oak. On your palate find caramel, canilla and toasted oak with a lush rounded mouthfeel. It finishes smooth and persistent with brown sugar and spice.
