Balanced Profile

Starting with our house-distilled white rum, we meticulously macerate a selection of whole spices and citrus. Bright Blood Orange and Canela lead the profile, supported by the deep aromatics of Allspice, Nutmeg, and Clove. A hint of Black Peppercorn adds a sophisticated bite, softened by a final, light integration of organic Agave.

It adds incredible complex flavor to all your favorite fall and holiday cocktails. It makes for a perfect base for a Cable Car, with rich spices and smooth light sweetness being perfectly balanced with the citrus and cinnamon.

Profile

On the nose it hits you with a bright fresh citrus zest and cinnamon, creamy vanilla and earthy clove. On your palate it's silky and balanced, citrus brightness turns to allspice and nutmeg with agave honeyed texture. It finishes long, resonant and warm with all spice and nutmeg. The heat fades and leaves you with silky agave and blood orange notes.
