Features
DOUBLE AGED
Aged a minimum of two years in used 53-gallon barrels, then blended with 20% unaged pot still rum from 100% Louisiana blackstrap molasses and finished in stainless steel with American oak staves at two distinct toast levels. This double aging process drives its bold character and rich color, with no added sugar or flavoring.
Desert Enhanced
Our exceptionally dry climate drives deeper and more active interaction between barrel and spirit, resulting in a more concentrated, expressive aged rum that captures the unique environmental character of the Vegas Valley in a way no other distilleries can replicate.
Profile
Nose of toasted oak & warm molasses, followed with vanilla & a hint of pipe tobacco. On the palate it's dry & robust with toasted wood, espresso & baking spices. It finishes with clove, dry tobacco leaf with a touch of walnut bitterness.
